I’ve Been Psychotically Busy
The Siegfried and Roy thing must have worked, because I am starting a new job in 10 days. Of course, this means I have to clear the decks of what contract work I was able to get and make sure it gets done by me or someone else.
So, here are some quick hits:
1. Leave Jon Favreau (Obama’s speechwriter) along about the cardboard cutout of Hillary. You can’t objectify an object, the work has already been done for you.
2. I get the ninja-judo aspect of inviting Rick Warren to do the invocation at the inauguration, but it definitely feels like forgetting to dance with the one who brought you to the ball.
3. J.P. Losman was a damn fool for not throwing away the ball at the end of the game, but not as big as the dumb-ass who calls a pass play in that situation in the first place.
4. Never get into an argument with a Ayn Rand follower, it’s a waste of everyone’s time.
