Every horse he sees he calls Barbaro. He talks about how he can run now, something I agree with.

I distinctly remember that Kentucky Derby and KJ yelling for Barbaro to win. I think he just like the sound of the name.

He’ll probably learn about Santa before this.

I do nearly all of the cooking for the family unit. My wife is an excellent baker, but I am the knife and saute man. It’s a nice, concrete thing to do for the kids and doesn’t hurt with my spouse.

So, here is one of my sure-fire, Rachel-Ray-don’t-know-Jack, easiest things in the world to do for dinner in fifteen minutes or less:

1. Put on three quarts or so of water to boil.
2. Add 1lb. egg noodles.
3. When done, drain and leave in the colander.
4. Throw two-three tablespoons of butter into a large skillet.
5. When the foam subsides and the butter starts to brown, throw in the egg noodles and stir to coat.
6. Take off the heat, stir in 1/2 cup Feta. I like the kind with tomato and basil in it.
7. Serve.
